Expired Voucher Exceptions

We’ve received feedback regarding a few issues surrounding the Loyalty Rewards Program. It has come to our attention that some of you are experiencing problems when trying to redeem your initial vouchers sent during August. In an effort to fix these issues, we will honor these expired vouchers and allow them to be redeemed if they meet the following conditions:

  • You were issued three vouchers and one expired because it overlapped with an October voucher.
  • You accidently redeemed your October voucher before redeeming your third voucher from August.

Expired vouchers that fall outside of above exceptions will not be honored. Be aware that vouchers cannot stack and must be redeemed on different orders (One voucher per order). Please act promptly as this exception is only valid through November.
